Abbotsford City

Location and Campus
Abbotsford Campus was the first permanent campus of UFV and the completely renovated building has:
o   Institution Library
o   Heritage Computer Access Centre
o   Building with Classrooms
o   Laboratories
o   Student Activity Centre
o   Gymnasium
o   Student Residence –baker House.

Chilliwack Campus
The building has undergone renovations many times and now it has agriculture technology centre, health sciences building, multipurpose complex, theatre, and library. It offers courses in the field of agriculture, nursing and theatre.
Agassiz Campus is an informational centre of UFV which runs in close cooperationwith Fraser-Cascade School District.
Hope Campus is the regional centre of UFV.
Mission Campus houses the Heritage Park centre in collaboration with  Mission School District and it has  high school,  fitness centre and  community theatre.
Student Life
Extracurricular Activities
The Student Union Society (SUS) works towards improving the social, personal as well as educational life of students of UFV. The campus also has campus radio station and TheCascade, student’s exclusive newspaper. The students have SOLAR(StudentOutdoor Life&Recreation) a student organised outdoor club which schedules and holds many outdoor activities and outings likebackpacking, weekend trips, mountain biking or kayaking.
Sports Activities
UFV Cascades is the sports representative body of UFV for Canadian Interuniversity Sports. There is Envision Athletic Centre in the campus which has a fitness centre, two gymnasiums, changing rooms and Casey’s on campus student lounge. The men’s as well as women’s basketball team of UFV has earnedmanynational level titles.
 
Accommodation
The residentialaccommodations for UFV students aresmall communities which consist of mainly first-year students. The Baker’s residential building whichis located in the Abbotsford campus houses 204 students in 102 suites. Every suite of the residence contains a minifridge, microwave however thestudents can purchase meals from outside too. There are off-campus housing facilities too for students on private basis.
